We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Complete and in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Return Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

Change of mind / non-defective returns:

• ·       Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Returns are processed through our logistics partner within Germany.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

6. Non-Returnable Items

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
