1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our logistics and fulfillment partners.

We currently ship only within Germany.
Expansion to additional European countries may occur in the future.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany.

5. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, Hermes, DPD, or equivalent carriers depending on fulfillment location and availability.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@pistachioshop.de
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not claimed and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
10. Pricing & VAT Notice
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with §19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged or displayed on invoices.
